“Peter Nielsen, Life Coaching” is a weekly show that airs nationally on Discovery Life. During my time with the show, we were creating an episode in two weeks- one for filming, and one for editing. This was to ensure we were getting shows to the network on time. I came on board just a few episodes into Season 1.
The idea of the show is to inspire viewers to be the best version of themselves in mind, body, and spirit. Each episode was comprised of different fitness instructional, both in a class style or for the individual at the gym. Each episode also talked about nutrition. We often featured a special guest with an incredible story of how they overcame challenges in their life and learned how to thrive.
